Remove access feature for Saviynt Application in ServiceNow

We are exploring the Saviynt functionality to allow users to submit a request for removing their access for an application. We have exposed one application and have a catalog item for it in ServiceNow, add access is working correctly but within the same form we also want to give users an option to remove their access. I went through the Saviynt documentation related to Saviynt app in ServiceNow, and I saw that removal of access from an account is possible through ServiceNow, but below are some doubts that I need clarity on:

  1. Is it possible/feasible to integrate/control the removal of access in the same form we already have for add access requests or there needs to be a totally separate catalog item/form specifically for removal of access?
  2. For some reason we are not able to see the remove access option anywhere in our integration of Saviynt app in ServiceNow as shown in the documentation. Some forums here recommend re-installation of Saviynt app on ServiceNow to see that option, is there any other way to repair or correct this in order to see that option as we do not want to re-install the app due to some live catalog items already in place in production and avoid any impact to them.

FYI below are the version we are using:
Saviynt Version: 24.4
Saviynt App on ServiceNow Version: 2.0.14

Hi @Rohan_m if you want add access and remove access in the same form, it should be a custom-built form. OOTB you will have separate forms for add and remove access functionality.

Regarding your second question, did you try running the below jobs?

SAVIYNT_IGA: Generate Catalog Items for Applications

SAVIYNT_IGA: Generate Remove Entitlement Catalog Item

Let me know if this helps!
