Unable to complete the tasks as a Provisioning Owner of respective disconnected Endpoint

Team,

We are integrating few applications using disconnected approach where we are expecting the Application fulfillment team to come to saviynt and complete the tasks manually. To do so we added the respective application fulfillment team members to a user group and added that to provisioning owners on respective endpoint.

  • Now when the respective member logged in to Saviynt to complete the tasks they can see the pending tasks associated with them and they can also claim the tasks. But as soon as they click on complete they are getting access denied error.

Are we missing any configuration? Respective users are part of End User Sav Role which has required features related to tasks

We configured the provisioning owner as per below documentation

  • Also is there a way to hide the Change Owner option for End User Sav Role or limit this feature only to specific users or user groups?

  • You can't hide change owner option.
  • Does Owner - user / user group is part of provisoining group ?

@rushikeshvartak

  • Is it possible to limit the list of users and user group available in change owner option?
  • Yes logged in user is part of user group which is added as provisioning group of respective endpoint

For issue #1: I got confirmation that it is identified as bug and same has been fixed in v23.12 and above

Can I have any suggestion on issue#2 which is how to control the visibility of users/user groups when I click on Change Owner option if hide is not possible?

Hi @sk

Currently there is no OOTB configuration to hide the "Change owner" option or limit it to specific users. It can be taken as an enhancement only. Please raise an idea for the same.
