Unable to complete all related tasks by checking include all of them as Provisioning Owner

We are integrating few applications using disconnected approach where we are expecting the Application fulfillment team to come to saviynt and complete the tasks manually. To do so we added the respective application fulfillment team members to a user group and added that to provisioning owners on respective endpoint.

• Now when the respective member logged in to Saviynt to complete the tasks they can see the pending tasks, upon clicking on Actions(from top right corner we have to use this option as there is a known bug in this version) -> Complete Selected Tasks
• Upon click on complete selected tasks you have option to click on checkbox to include all related tasks, Even though user selecting the checkbox tasks are not getting completed

Anyone came across similar issue if so is there any solution for this? Or is it identified as any known bug?

Sharing the screenshot below where you can see 221940, 221941, 221942 are related tasks, Now while completing the task#221940 we selected to include all related tasks(2) but it only completed selected task but not another two tasks

Observations:

1. This is issue not happening for ROLE_ADMIN members
2. We are only able to complete the related tasks if tasks are related by parent-child relation and we selected child while completion then parent task is getting completed. But if you have multiple entitlements under same request and you did check to include all related tasks then it is only completing the selected task

Upon validating in v24.1

Behavior is same with Provisioning Team member

• 2 tasks for 1 Request
• Select 1 from List
• Selected complete dependent task from Popup
• Only task selected from List got completed.

since its working from Admin it should work from other. It looks like defect please raise saviynt support ticket
