Error executing job while reconciling data from AD

Hi,

I'm encountering at the moment to choose the job type and the type of import the issue below while creating a new job to import accounts and access from AD.

My connection to AD is well created and the status of the connection is ok.

Are you getting error while creating the job or when the job runs?

While creating i get the pop up message below:

And while executing, i got a failure.

Anything you see in the logs?

Anyhow I tried by changing the laguage to italian and performed creating jobs and it works.
