Revoke task for self certification campaign is not getting created

Hi Team,

we have a self certification where we configured create revoke tasks for revoked/conditional certified accounts & ent. upon expirying but the tasks are not getting created.

This campaign is for privileged accounts so we need this functionality to work. Can anyone help us why the tasks are not getting created?

Please check below screenshot we have enabled the button create revoke tasks for revoked/conditional certified accounts & ent. upon expirying.

[Removed] Please help us figure out why it is not creating tasks as this is critical.

And also, we have enabled instant provisioning in security system too.

PS: We had tested this in lower environment which is working fine but in PROD it is not working.

Enable - Create Dependent Entitlement Task for Remove Access under Endpoint

Hi Rushikesh,

We are trying to revoke account access as campaign is for privilege accounts. So for rejected accounts it should create task to disable the account it has nothing to do with entitlements  I think as directly we are disabling the account. Please help us understand why it is not creating task to disable the accounts.

Did you check if the campaign is expired by executing campaign expiry job?

yes we have expired the campaign using expiry job. And we are looking for revoke tasks for accounts.
