provisoning tasks not getting created for the following issue/birthright

Use case 1:

• We noticed that when the Request-Option for Entitlement Type is set to None under Endpoint, any entitlement that is assigned as part of Birthright rules via Enterprise Roles is not being assigned (add access/account tasks are not created for the entitlement/endpoint). Any idea why this would happen? We were unable to find anything via the forum or internally.

Use case 2:

• Entitlement A has mapped entitlements from other endpoints, such as Entitlements B and C. When Entitlement A is requested via role A through ARS, tasks are created for Entitlements A, B, and C. However, when Entitlement A is given via a Birthright rule through a enterprise role, tasks are only created for Entitlement A, and nothing is sighted for Entitlements B and C. Any idea why this would happen? We were unable to find anything via the forum or internally.

Request option should be none create task when you use role based provisioning
