AD account not re-enabled?

We have a situation where Saviynt sends the request to reenable an AD Account and the tasks complete without any errors.  But the accounts are not re-enabled in AD. We had to manually enable them. Any idea why this would happen?

saviynt rest access and refresh token expires - any way to refresh indefinitely?

hello we have a saviynt rest used to create saviynt account, and update username etc.. the access/refresh token was platform generated via webauth service and it expires every 1 hour/3600 hours. Is there a way to keep extending it indefinitely? if so...
