Hi All,
We have run into an issue where the GitHub Access Import Job does not end properly sometimes and nothing gets imported. It runs fine at other times. See below:
We are using the 'GitHubRest' connector for importing Repositories, Teams from GitHub.
When the job does not end properly, at that times as well when I check the logs I could see that the APIs are being called and processing does happen but for some reason job does not end properly and there is no Job end date or last run date.
I have faced similar issue earlier with a different application. The saviynt support said that the JVM is running out of memory and it is causing the issue. We found an alternate solution at that time.
But here what do I do?. There are 6000+ repositories, 1000+ Teams that have to be imported and I cannot use the normal REST connector for this..as the 'privileges' mapping to entitlements can be done only through the 'GitHubRest' connector.
I am attaching the ImportAccountEntJson for reference. Please guide.
Thanks,
Atul Singh

Add connection timeout

Can the connection timeout be added in the ImportAccntEntJson ?.
I am using 'GitHubRest' connector for import and this connector does not have the 'ConfigJson' filed.
The Connection Type is not editable.
Thanks,
