We have onboarded a disconnected application and set up the account correlation rule with the email. However, for one of the accounts it is correlating to the incorrect account. All the other accounts are correlated correctly.
I am unable to disassociate the account from the incorrect user. Please advise on how to remove the correlation. This application account is of an inactive user so I can't change the username under the Accounts page because the correct user's identity (username) does not come up as an option. Is it possible to remove this account entry all together?

You can go to Admin --> Identity Repository --> Users --> Open the user in question
Go to the accounts tab as below
Select the account that needs to be removed and click on the Remove User button on the bottom left
The user to account correlation will be disassociated and the account will be an orphan account.
The account cannot be deleted entirely from Saviynt but can be in inactive/Suspended from Import Service Status as an orphan account.
