Remove Account for disconnected applications.

We have Remove account task provisioned through JSON configuration in connections for connected application. We also have disconnected applications, but we don't have connections for those disconnected applications. Only few tasks are getting triggered like New Account, Add Access, Remove Access, Disable and Enable but Delete account or Remove Account don't get trigger for disconnected apps.

How can we trigger the Remove Account task?

When you create on delete on ARS page it doesn't create the task?

We wanted to have remove account on termination for disconnected app through birthright.

@rajsin in the update rule select account and access as an action which will create the task.
