Accounts imported but accounts status 'Processing'

Hi

I imported accounts for an rest API application successfully without a User Account correlation rule. Then I added the rule and imported again but although the job completed successfully the accounts have all stayed at Status = Processing.  There is no indication of an error and its been over 48 hours since the job finished. Is there any way to stop the processing or overwrite it?

Screenshot attached of a few accounts but they are all the same status.

@do12  Can you check logs, this should process. If there is a match it should match and co-relate ideally

@do12 did the job finish or restart was performed at that time??

  • When application is having large accounts it set processing status during job processing
  • if status is still processing then your configurations have issues.
  • Please share your import json

It was the import json as it had been amended slightly. I've reverted it back and the imports work fine.  At least I know how that all works now. Thanks
