When we try to approve multiple multiUser requests from the Pending Approval page, we receive a failure error even though it says submitted successfully. Please see below:
In the Global Configuration -->Request --> Bulk --> Enable Bulk Approval is Checked
SAV Role does have Approve/Reject from List Page as on.
Please advise if any other configurations need to be enabled or updated somewhere.

After the pop-up message displayed above, does the request actually gets approved? Can you check this?
It is not reproducible on the latest version 23.x. Please raise a support ticket for your version.

The request does not get approved afterwards. I have opened up FreshDesk ticket 1617283.
