Hi Team,
We have a requirement to map the accounts into an entitlement manually for a disconnected application.
Can anyone please help what steps need to be taken.

Hi @anirban23 you need to add it from accounts tab.
To show entitlement and account reference.

You can upload account attributes using csv import file

Endpoint is already present in system and entitlements are also associated with the endpoint. Requirement is we need to map the account to endpoint and entitlement. Can you please give me steps.
accounts aren't importing, when I'm doing accounts import for the endpoint. using this file

Please share import sheet. Import sheet need to have Endpoint Name, Account Name , Account Status as minimum mandatory attributes

Hi @anirban23 What I can see is in your import file some attributes are wrong. Like Entitlement Type will not come. Try using the attached file format. Make sure while uploading if an of the column heading doesn't appear by default then select them manually and then click on upload.
