UI Enhancement for ARS Requests

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to enhance the UI while raising request for applications where the entitlements contain long description.

Is there any away apart from adding entitlement description or any "i" button to hover onto which could display the contents or details for the entitlement.

Currently, we have put entitlement description as follows and need to make the UI/UX better for the end users.

Please advice if this can be achieved in the current v23.5 or higher !

AS of now we are in 24.2 , it is related UI design template we can't customize , may be you need to raise idea.
