Getting error while raising request for inactive account

Hi,

For the rehired users who are having inactive endpoints are able to raise request for the inactive endpoint by providing new different account name. Our requirement is that user needs to have account name same as username. Please provide any solution to resolve this issue or let us know if any configuration changes need to be done.

Hi @rushikeshvartak ,

• When a user tried to click on Modify option for an existing endpoint where his account is Inactive, he will not be able to add groups which is an expected behavior.
• But, when the user clicks on "Add New account: option available in the same page, he will be shown with all the endpoint names. When the user clicks on the endpoint name for which the account is Inactive, user is given an option to provide Account Name.
•  We do not want the user to create multiple accounts for the same endpoint. We want this account name prompt to be disabled.
• This option is visible only in the latest versions. In the older version 23.x we used the classic view where user did not see the option to "Add new Account". The only option was to make to the Inactive endpoint active and then proceed with adding groups.
