note : We have SAV role which has all webservice api access list added and that SAV role assigned to user which we generated access token.

Token you need to pass in Body

you mean Body ? or Headers - if headers tried already same exception

As a best practice, go to the Saviynt API documentation and run/import the collection in Postman.
That ways, you will get all your request pre-built out and save you a lot of time and troubleshooting effort.

I would suggest you to open a ticket with Saviynt Support and have them investigate as to why you see Saviynt feature-INTGN-1804 in your instance. something doesn't look right.
Also ensure you attach the sreenshot of the version details of the instance in the ticket which can be obtained from the URL : https://<URL>.saviyntcloud.com/ECMv6/versionpage

It was an issue with SAV role, we have matched with working environment and it worked.
