Hi Darshan, This config should stop the user from submitting New account request if the user has an inactive account. - but its not doing., i think its bug in the product.any other ways we can handle Enable Account scenario ? thanks,suresh

Yeah we have that plan to migrate to REST but as workaround am trying , infact ( REST also not solving all use cases ( update owners info through import) so prefered DB)
We have selected ' EntitlementOnly' in SS, so its not creating New Account Task, just thought of making blank in CreateAccountJSON , shift that to AddAccess to get Entitlements values but its not working.
