Correlation with account owner for bot accounts

Hi Team,

We have a REST app, It has regular accounts and bot accounts.

When we do account import - we want to correlate regular accounts with user(username), if its bot user account it has to correlate with owner user , the reason is if we correlate with user - if that user terminated all bot account which are associated will also get deprovisioned, which should not happen.

please let me know anybody come across similar requirement ?
