If SNOW and Saviynt are integrated using SaviyntApp - I understand if the workflow is configured in Saviynt, then the approvals happen in Saviynt. Whereas if the approval workflow is configured with SNOW, then approval has to be in SNOW.
Is it possible to have approval for one app in SNOW and for another app in Saviynt? Or is it a global configuration because of which all app approvals should be in one place only?

Hello Karam,
I found this in our FAQ document :
Q. If ServiceNow workflow is used, will all applications that are on-boarded via Saviynt use the same workflow?
A. Yes, all applications that are onboarded via Saviynt will have the workflow based on the configuration defined in "Service Catalog Properties".

hope this helps !

Hello Karam,
Just re-iterate the scenario, two onboarded application in Saviynt 1)A,2)B : for A approval workflow to be in Saviynt & for B approval workflow to be set up in ServiceNow.
This would not be possible, since Saviynt drives workflow engine from system properties, it will be a global configuration for all the applications. For now we do not have ability to drive workflows at individual application level.
