Roles are not removing from the User profile

Hi Team, In 23 version, we are observing an issue that, whenever enterprise role request is submitted for to remove the role, Upon completion of the remove access tasks for the entitlements associated to the role ,Role is not getting removed from the user profile .

It was working fine in v5 version . Is there any config needs to be enabled in 23.12 version so that role also will be removed from the user profile ?

Please check assignedfromroles for entitlement under view existing access.

Hi @rushikeshvartak ,
Yes checked under the View existing Access tile in ARS module . Role is present there as well. 

However as part of the Role removal request entitlements are removed from the account level and role is still tagged to the user.

@AravindK Issue is for other enterprise roles or for users as well?
