Salesforce Issue with Remove Profile

Hello,

I'm using the option to remove access in all applications when some rules are triggered or for out of band access detection.

However with Salesforce Application I have this issue when task are created :

My configurations :

• Entitlement Type : Drop Down (Single) 

• Create Task Action : Remove Task For Existing Entitlements

Any Idea why the tasks are not created even if add create task action in entitlement type ? The task is automatically completed and the access is remove only on Saviynt side

Salesforce needs atleast one profile assigned to account hence task will be discontinued

So how can we mangaed certifications for Salesforce Application ? 

Can we add Profile ID by default in the connection, so if the certifier revoke access in certification it will create a remove access task and a add access task with the profile ID by default ? Can it works ?
