"Another session in Progress" - Can this be disabled?

Noticed in the latest release, in the neo experience, we're not able to have multiple tabs of ARS open at the same time. If you attempt to start a new request, you basically get a prompt that prevents you from using ARS until the other window is closed/completed. 

- Can this be disabled?

This can’t be disabled. This is security featured enabled due to issue reported in past where 2 carts data gets copied hence it cant be disabled
