Enable Account in Saviynt although AD account is disabled

Is there a way to keep the Saviynt accounts active that are associated with disabled AD accounts? I have a use case that requires this.

it doesnt do anything. The accounts are supposed to remain disabled in AD.

You can keep same using actionable report or user update rule for saviynt application

Please explain. This option would create a task would it not? Keep in mind we don’t want to update the actual AD account. We simply want the Saviynt account associated with that AD account to remain active so that we can manage attributes on the disabled AD account.
