Termination Rule Triggering but Remove Access not Generated

Hi Team,

We have an user update rule for termination with advanced query.

Condition: (##a.customproperty26 isupdated##) and a.statuskey=0 and adddate(a.enddate,1) <= curdate() and a.customproperty44='User' and a.customproperty22 is null

Action: Disable Accounts, Remove Birthright Access on Fail

Upon Rule Trigger: Only Disable Account tasks are generated but Remove Access is not getting generated when job is scheduled.

If we run the job manually then Remove Access is generated.

Please let us know how this can be fixed.

Regards,

Aarthi Anand

Hi @NM @rushikeshvartak,

We have a sav4sav import job scheduled to update cp26 and when cp26 is updated the termination rule is triggered. After enabling the setting at endpoint level we still have no remove access tasks. Only Disable Account tasks are generated.

Aarthi Anand

Provide logs and rule screenshot along with user update history screenshot

@aarthianand93 add deprovision access as an action in user update rule.
