On-Prem AD connection is continuously failing issue

Hi Team,
 
We have SC2.O setup to integrate On-Prem application. We have integrated with AD using SC2.O. But somehow the connection is failing continuously and when we did openVPN restart then it's start working fine again after some time connection will fail and we have to ask application team to do restart.
 
Could you please help us to understand why openVPN restart is required ? Please find the below screenshot for your reference 
 
Connection Failed logs:
 
 
Error while saving the Connection: java.lang.Exception: The connection to the [LDAPS://xxx.xxx.xx.xx:636] server timed out. Target Error Message: [javax.naming.CommunicationException: xx.xxx.xx.xx:636 [Root exception is java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out]

Are you using domain or ip? Did you added timeout configuration in connector

Hi Ruskikesh, We are using IP and we have not added timeout configuration

Please add timeout config on connector level also validate network latency
