Hi team,

We want to insert only rank 1 owners into entitlement using data set by utlizing the enhanced query execution. Is it it possible to do so? If yes then how can we put joins and so on in enhanced query.

Data set format

Entitlement , Owner

RoleA, 123451

11 REPLIES 11

Hi @SSinha_ Is there any reason you're not using csv file based option to add owners to entitlements?

Hi @SSinha_

This is achievable by csv import using Upload Entitlement Associations From CSV option.

Please find attached sample file where I have added owner with Rank1 to the entitlement.

Thank you for all the responses , but the csv file is not being used since post entitlement recon all the owners are deleted and we need to upload the CSVs again after each entitlement import(file based) and I tried the SAV file approach but the issue is that the role owner csv file always moves to the sucess folder so again we need to upload it. An alternative solution would be a way to stop the owner file from moving into the success folder after the schema based job has been completed? is there a way

Hi @SSinha_ , is it a db connector?

No @NM , we are importing files based on schema job

  • You can't insert into entitlement_owners using enhanced query as table contains composite keys
  • Please use CSV format as suggested by Dhruv
