Hi
UserCase:
User requests an Enterprise role from ARS along with StartDate and EndDate in the request.
All the entertainment in the role gets the same StartDate and EndDate in the Target SAP system.
Later when a new entitlement is added to the role, the newly added entitlement should also have the same EndDate in SAP.
Issue:
When a new entitlement is added to the role, immediately the new entitlement is provisioned to the user but the EndDate is not calculated. Enddate of the newly added entitlement is shown as 31129999, but the existing entitlements have an endDate as requested during the roleRequest.
Is it possible to fix this issue? or is there any way to push the EndDate of the entitlement to the target?
Thanks
Harish

Hi @HarishG
There is a job to fix the entitlement end date mismatch issues associated with entitlements associated with the roles.
Please refer below to the below link
Types of Mismatches
Three types of mismatches can be discovered using the role access mismatch functionality.
Missing Access: When an enterprise role is assigned to a user, some of the entitlements that are part of the role are assigned to the user, whereas some entitlements are not assigned. That is, the user is assigned to the role, however all the entitlements are not assigned to the user.
Surplus Access: When an enterprise role is removed from a user, access to some of the entitlements still remains with the user.
End Date Mismatch: When the end date of the role assigned to users does not match with end date of the access to the entitlement(s) assigned from the roles or vice versa.
The scenario described above should come under End Date Mismatch which should be fixed by the Role-Access Mismatch job. Since such jobs impact all the users hence you are requested to run this job only carefully and try in lower environments first.
