Bulk Comment not working as expected in Certification Campaign

Hello Everyone,

Saviynt gives a Mandatory Comment popup for Selected action on line item whether I select multiple line items or single. Do you know if this behavior is default? or is there any configuration to disable this comment popup?

We have Tried to All the Comment options "Certify", "Reject", "Consult", "No Response", "Reassign" and leaving the parameter blank as well but still we are seeing the Mandatory Comment Popup. 

Is there any configuration to make this comment Optional or Remove comment popup.

You can disable from campaign configuration for individual not for bulk

Enable Comment On Individual Action
