Creating API Service User while SSO is enabled

Hi everyone,

How can I create a User usable as an API service user, when SSO is enabled in newer Versions of Saviynt?

Back in v23.x it was possible to set localauthenabled and unexpirepassword via the CustomQueryJob, but this possibility is deprecated now. The Enhanced Query Execution

Steps I have taken

  • Create new user
  • Assign appropriate SAV Role
  • Reset password via Admin panel
  • Tried to get the authorization Token via Postman: Murmur_2-1719575940553.png
  • Unfortunately this leads to an 401 error
    • Double checked username / password and permissions already
    • Re-reset password again
    • Also tried ECMv6 and api/v5

Any hints how I can get a working API user?

Cheers 🙂
