We are currently trying to integrate with SNOW to allow our users to request accounts/access using the existing SNOW request / approval process. We've deployed the Saviynt App for Service now and successfully imported users, accounts, access, etc and have made a few test requests where we've got to the point that we can request access/accounts from within SNOW and we see the requests appear in Saviynt.
If we approve these request in Saviynt we get the correct tasks created and when we provision these tasks the correct access/accounts are created in the endpoints.
However when we try and use the SNOW approval workflow we can see the approval request coming in through the API but we are getting an error saying the API user doesn't have permission to approve the request.
The API user is set up with the Admin:ServiceNowApp feature access and I've attached a log extract from arround the time we tried to approve the request which shows the error.

Hi @ACrosthwaite ,
Greetings.
From your description, the request is created in savinyt after the snow request is created, but it is not getting approved when the snow app request is approved.
Though you have assigned Servicenow app feature access in savrole, did you check if the the savrole request related configs in savrole detail page.
Thanks
