Hi
We are facing an issue, that some of the accounts are randomly suspended during the AD import, Even if there are present in the target(AD)
During the next run, the account is imported into Saviynt.
Any idea why the account are suspended randomly and active during the next imports?
we also increased the STATUS_THRESHOLD_CONFIG in connection. But still same issue.

No, its happening only during few imports runs.
We have scheduled the import every hour.
In last 2 days, no suspended accounts. But again today i see many accounts suspended again and re-imported.
We are really confused why this is happening! that too its happening in PROD 😞

Do you see any connectivity drop with the target when you are running the import? Also have you checked the logs as suggested by @Dhruv_S any errors in the logs?
