WorkDay as source: FirstName change trigger same access assignments as Old, keep old as well

Hello Team,

Our customer wants to implement following use case:

detect FirstName change from workday to Saviynt Update and create new access assignments same as Old, like Create new AD account and assign same access , same way for SystemX,Y etc.

AD UPN (login) has firstName.LastName@xyz.com, a new email will have to be created.

I would like to understand the best practices for handling FirstName change use case.

What is business use case behind creating new account and removing old ?

You can create new email and assign as well as new account but giving same access you need to achieve using analytics report

Hi Rushikesh,

The business use case is:

Post Marriage generally they change FirstName , so they want to access the same accounts etc with new Name say email and old data has to be kept for Audit purpose.

So say firstName change will change Email leading to UPN change in AD and similarly with other apps.
