Task Owner shows as being Undefined for Disconnected Application

Even though we have Owner setup for a disconnected application, Task Owner for Add Access task shows as Undefined. What could be the reason for this?

Enable from global configuration- preferences 

Enable Access Request Neo Experience

I did Enable Access Request Neo Experience. But the task owner still shows 'Undefined' if the usergroup has more than 2 users inside
