Hi,

I have a requirement that enable account and entitlement request can't be a separate request. Is there a way in workflow to validate if account is inactive then enable account and activate in target

Disable New Account Request if Account Already Exists is set to OFF and unchecked Show Inactive Accounts in ARS

  • if account is inactive, it will not create task entitlement addition
  • Hence, it will be 2 separate requests: enable account, then add access

Salesforce connection does not have configuration to enable account json. Do you have alternate solution

hence i have suggested call update account and from update account call enable account

can you help with screenshot of the configuration to achieve this

  • Create actionable analytics with Update Account JSON.
  • In Update Account JSON define column/call to enable account
