SAP unlock / lock

HI, 

I have couple of questions.

1. Can we handle SAP unlock (lock code 128)  by changing password from password tile? When we try that, its only changing the password but not unlocking account.

2. Other option we did was, we created a workflow to unlock SAP account if its code 128. When we try that in ARS, its creating pending task and not completing at all. If I manually complete the task its only unlocking in user profile but the lock code not changing in Saviynt / SAP.

Both options are not working for us. any suggestions would be great.

Does service account have required access to unlock user.

  • change password will not unlock account
  • #2 what was task type ?

Hi @rushikeshvartak ,

Yes it has, if you click on unlock button from change password tile it is unlocking account. But we dont want to show unlock button to users.
