How to prevent requesting entitlement before account is created

Hi Saviynt forum,

For Tableau as target application, is there anyway to prevent the user from requesting group entitlement before get approval for new Tableau account and site role entitlement? I'm in the case that access request workflow for new account and "site role" entitlement type (manager) has different branch with "group" entitlement type (application support >> manager >> group owner) and the end users are confused of having two workflow run parallel when his access request including both new account, "site role" entitlement and "group" entitlement.

Hi @fuko , what we are doing in this story of scenario is auto approving the account request and just having entitlement for approval.
