What's the difference between "locked" and "Fully Executed Certification" statuses?

Hi @gmalizon Once certifier reviewed everything but didn't lock the certification it shows as "Fully Executed Certification", if certifier still wants to change anything they can do.
Once a certification is "Locked" then it is not changeable anymore and it will create subsequent tasks as per campaign configuration.

In the context of certification management, the statuses "locked" and "Fully Executed Certification" typically represent different stages or conditions of a certification process. Here’s a breakdown of each:
Locked Status:
Fully Executed Certification Status:
In summary, "locked" is about preventing further changes or updates, often used as a final check to ensure no accidental modifications, while "Fully Executed Certification" indicates that the certification has reached its final and active status.

Thank you @rushikeshvartak for the detailed explanation.
So, this means both statuses indicates that certification is completed. What action was taken differently on this certification to make it locked and others fully executed?

Thank you. Can we still update the status from Locked to Fully Executed?

This statement "final steps, like approval or documentation, are pending" about Locked status, how do we identify the pending approvals or documentation? How do we capture these details in Saviynt?

Thanks a lot @rushikeshvartak
Also, I noticed that the person who reviewed/approved the accounts for the Locked certification is not the same as the person who completed the certification. Can we assume that's the reason why status is Locked instead of Fully Executed.
