Hi @gmalizon Once certifier reviewed everything but didn't lock the certification it shows as "Fully Executed Certification", if certifier still wants to change anything they can do.

Once a certification is "Locked" then it is not changeable anymore and it will create subsequent tasks as per campaign configuration.

Regards,

Indra

In the context of certification management, the statuses "locked" and "Fully Executed Certification" typically represent different stages or conditions of a certification process. Here’s a breakdown of each:

  1. Locked Status:

    • Meaning: The certification or its associated data is in a state where no further changes or updates can be made. It’s often used to indicate that the certification process is complete and that no modifications can be done to the certification details.
    • Implications: This status usually means that the certification is finalized, but it may not yet be fully executed or active. It’s a way to prevent accidental changes after a certain point.
  2. Fully Executed Certification Status:

    • Meaning: This status indicates that the certification process has been completed and all required actions, reviews, and approvals have been finalized. It’s often used to confirm that the certification has been fully carried out according to the required standards or criteria.
    • Implications: A "Fully Executed Certification" typically signifies that the certification is active, valid, and fully integrated into the system or process. It indicates that everything needed to consider the certification as complete has been accomplished.

In summary, "locked" is about preventing further changes or updates, often used as a final check to ensure no accidental modifications, while "Fully Executed Certification" indicates that the certification has reached its final and active status.

Thank you @rushikeshvartak for the detailed explanation.

So, this means both statuses indicates that certification is completed. What action was taken differently on this certification to make it locked and others fully executed?

  • Once locked - No Action can be token
  • Once its fully executed - You can submit and lock

  • Certification Completion Status:

    • Locked: This status might mean that the certification process is completed but the final steps, like campaign processing job ( task creation/expiry job).
    • Fully Executed: This usually indicates that all steps, such as task creation

Thank you. Can we still update the status from Locked to Fully Executed?

No

This statement "final steps, like approval or documentation, are pending" about Locked status, how do we identify the pending approvals or documentation? How do we capture these details in Saviynt?

  • ( task creation/expiry job). **Updated**

Thanks a lot @rushikeshvartak

Also, I noticed that the person who reviewed/approved the accounts for the Locked certification is not the same as the person who completed the certification. Can we assume that's the reason why status is Locked instead of Fully Executed.

  • Person can be delegate or he can be campaign owner
