access review - assigning different entitlements to different entitlement owners

Hi,

Question 1: We have an application which is in different locations with roles owned by a person as the Entitlement owner/campaign owner like we have 4 different locations with different roles and different entitlement owners.
How can we implement the access review for entitlement owners for 4 locations ?

Question 2: For Revocation reasons for role owner to select from when they add a comment in Access review - We are able to add the reasons in modifying the Enter comments label, but client is expecting Drop down menu option for Revoke comments in access certification do we have any new changes implemented in V24.9  to get the list of reasons in drop down ?
