Hi All,

We are using Salesforce OOTB connector to integrate one of the Salesforce target.

Connection is successful and accounts also imported.

Then we ran the access import job to import entitltments,Job is successful.

OBJECT_TO_BE_IMPORTED -PermissionSet,Profile,Group,Role

We are able to see imported entitlements under each entitlement type in salesforce endpoint.

But no entitlements present under entitlements tab in endpoint.

Also checked in identity repository>entitlements -Entitlements are not present.

What could be the cause?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sumathi Somala

@SumathiSomala  we recently integrated the same with v23.11 and v23.6 and we dont see any issue.

Did you see any error in the logs while importing or when you validate the same via navigating to Admin > Identity Repository > Entitlements tab?

@Manu269 we are also recently integrated the same with v23.7 and v23.6 and we dont see any issue.

No error in the logs.

Admin > Identity Repository > Entitlements tab-No

But I can see imported entitlements under each entitlement type in endpoint.

Need to check by restarting the service.
