Access Import job for servicenow as a account management taking too much time

Hii,

We run the access import job for service now as a account management, this job is taking to much time, why it is taking too much time,

I use the following threshould_config

why it's taking too much time, it took almost 7 hours and still in progress

Use multithreaded job
