Hello,

We are doing internal regression test for 3.18 in our lower environment. while doing this, we found one issue revoke task is not generated when tech rule condition is not met.

We checked account has the rulekey in assignedfromrule column in both account_entitlement1 and arstask table.

Has anyone seen this issue in 3.18?

Thanks

Hi egeong,

Thanks for bringing it to our attention. While I believe you might have validated, Just wanted to make sure if the technical rule has 'Remove Birthright Access if the condition fails' enabled?
If so, Can you please raise an FD ticket and we will do our best to get this issue addressed on priority.

@saikanumuri

Hi,

Yes, I checked the option is checked.  We raised FD ticket already about this 11 days ago.. but FD support team is not considering this as defect asking unnecessary questions...
