Revoke Tasks not generating for Tech Rules

Noticed revoke requests not generating even when user fails to meet Tech rule. 

we first added few users to role and then changed attributes to one of user to fail the condition. After running detective job we noticed no tasks generated for revoking access of that user. The option 'Remove Birthright Access if condition fails' is Selected.

  • Please check account is active
  • please check account have entitlement access
  • please check entitlement is active.
  • Please check request option under ent type

I dont see logs after running detective job 

account is active, entitlement is active,  account have entitlement access and Request option under entitlement type is set to  Create Task.

That is currently turned off/disabled - should this be enabled?

Done but still dont see revoke tasks for those users who do not meet our tech rule

Check logs / Execution trails

I have validated the same in 23.11 and works as expected.
