Revoke Selected Access - Unassign SAV Role not working

Hi everyone, 

I have the issue, that I'm not able to bulk unassign a SAV Role. 

It was assigned via a Technical Rule to a subset of our users, and now I need to remove it. 

I was trying to achieve this using a User Update Rule with the following settings:

Even after running the S4S Import, the User Update Rule (via Detective Rule Job) is not creating Remove Access Tasks. The Execution Trail is empty regarding that rule. 

Any clue where to look further?
