Restriction of the modification

Hello, 
I have a question on how to do this restriction; the process is as follows:

check if the account status is active; 
after we should have a restriction so users can request access for this account 
but they can't Modify anything else 
if users attempt to make a modification, they will be automatically rejected  via workflow

@Ghita  yes based on  request type= you can write condition in workflow and route it reject .

active accounts only they can able see the application , inactive accounts can't see request form .

instead of workflow dont have requirement means , you can disble option in endpoint level respected  application modificaion ryt directly so no one can do the modify.
