Restricting Email Notification for Revoke Tasks based on Accounts for Access Certification

Hi Team,

We need to restrict revoke tasks email notification for Access certification on Account level.

E.g. If an user has 50 accounts and for each application a user has 4 entitlements. If all those 4 entitlements gets revoked, there will be total 50*4 = 200 Revoke Tasks email notifications created for a single user. 

Is there a way where we can restrict these notifications on an account level i.e. if 4 entitlements for an account gets revoked instead of sending 4 revoke tasks email, only one email notifications can be sent per application. 

The idea is to reduce the number of email getting triggered for revoke tasks for certification.

You can remove email notifications from campaigns configuration. But you can’t restrict individual as there is no link between 2 tasks

If we remove the config from campaign itself, then how will we able to trigger email for revokes?

You can use analytics report as workaround to send combined notification. Please submit idea ticket for this enhancement
