After upgrading to 24.1 in our Dev environment, we have created a test certification and now the email notification is are not sending out at all. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Or perhaps know what the resolution is?

We ran a query to see if we can resend out all the email notifications an received this in the logs:

Does other email notifications are getting sent from system?

No the system is not sending out any emails at all since the updgrade. I am wondering if it has anything to do with the SMTP server or connection being broken or down?

It could be related to SMTP, try to do test connection and see if test emails are getting triggered or not.

I did a SMTP test connection an it failed.

Please check with your SMTP team, and also make sure connectivity between Saviynt and Mail server is working as expected. This doesnt seem to be an issue with campaign configuration.

If account is @saviynt.com raise saviynt ticket to fix issue. Else contact internal team to fix smtp issue
