Hi there,
I am trying to launch a campaign from a template in Dev using the Entitlement Owner type for a specific endpoint.
After this campaign is launched, we see that the certification shows 'No data available'
There are 2 entitlement type in the endpoint which was used. And both of them are marked certifiable.
Please let us know if there is any incorrect configuration or is there some other reason led to the issue.
There are attached screenshots of my template. Nothing is added in Access Approval, Revoke Tasks, Basic Campaign Notifications, Campaign Reminder Notifications and no Advance Campaign Configuration.

Did you add certifiers for the entitlements under entitlement details page?
Does users have access to the entitlements?

The Campaign go to state Complete immediately after I created it.

Turn out that there was an event that I'm unaware of that reset all the owners of all the entitlements. Adding them back fix the problem.

@fuko Yes, Add the certifiers for each entitlement and then launch the campaign.
