Remove Attachment section from Update User Request

Hi Team,

When we try to update user via Update User Request tile, there is a option for Attachment of files at the bottom. We need to remove the attachment section from User Update Form. However, we were not able to do so.

• Expected Behavior:
  Update User Request shouldn't have Attachment section in the form.

If Global Configuration > Requests > Settings > Add Attachment Mandatory is enabled all the pages will be enabled for attachements.

Hi Rakesh,

We understand that it is going to enable all the pages for attachment but we want to enable this attachment for Create User Request form only.

Can you let us know how this can be achieved?

The solution to the issue is mentioned in previous forum post. Please refer below post for the solution.

Now, This solution is to show attachment as mandatory for create user Request so that User don't need to insert any attachment for Updating User Request. This resolves our issue.
