We have a requirement to include a basic entitlement automatically, every time someone is requesting other entitlement from ARS.
Let say application is AP1. AP1 have 150 entitlements. EV1 is the basic entitlement which everyone should have access to.
Now, we have added this entitlement under Entitlement with New Acount section at the Endpoint level. So, everytime someone is requesting a new Account, the EV1 is added successfully.
But our use case is to add the EV1 when someone is requesting for Add access.
One way is to make EV1 as child of other entitlements, but we can't make the EV1 nested in AD for certain reason.
We can do a CSV upload approach but that wouldn't be a preferred option as manual intervention is required.
Is their any other option available to automatically add the entitlement during the ARS request?
