Inactive/Dormant Account Email Notification

The objective is to get users whose login is more than a specific period of time and notify the user's manager that the user hasn't logged in for some time, and need to get info from managers weather the account needs to be active or needs to be deactivated 

when the analytics is run it will get the user's lastlogindate and some other data and send a mail to the manager with all the data  then

1. if the manager says to retain the account then send mail to A team DL so they have a record and not to take action 
2. If the manager says to deactivate the accounts then need to trigger a mail to A team, B team DL so they can deactivate it in the authoritative app 
3. need a way to keep track of it like who responded and  if not responded need to send reminder mails 

 the way it is setup now is by not using the Saviynt Email receive setting 

So how can we achieve this through Saviynt itself.

• Create Certification for same 
• You can't read response from email, If you want to read response from email then you need use custom extension and saviynt APIs
